innovators, creators, and achievers like you who are ready to

The Program Manager,

have high exposure with senior business and functional leaders
throughout the company and will participate in engagements across the
enterprise.
As a member of the Enterprise Productivity team, you

partners to implement those solutions to drive efficiency and
productivity to the highest levels. As part of the team, you will:
- Be a key contributor, helping solve complex and important business challenges
- Help free up resources to redeploy and/or reinvest in strategic growth imperatives

Day to Day, you’ll…
- Develop insights and perspective on efficiency and productivity opportunities across the enterprise and deliver data-driven recommendations to capitalize on those opportunities
- Challenge conventional thinking by fostering a culture of curiosity and bold creative problem-solving
- Engage with business partners in a collaborative way to assess business processes, recommend action, and shepherd them through execution
- Develop deep relationships across the enterprise to position self and team as Center of Excellence as it relates to business process improvement
- Ensure the work we do supports and advances the strategic direction of the company
- Leverage outside resources and best-in-class methodologies to push our thinking towards the ‘art of possible’
H&R Block’s purpose is simple: To provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. We’ve been true to that purpose since brothers Henry and Richard Bloch founded our company in 1955. We are a people company first and a tax company second. People who join H&R Block say it feels like being part of something bigger. A place with an amazing and storied history, but with a strong and urgent focus on the future. Maybe it’s how determined, forward thinking and innovative we are, or how accessible our leadership is. We believe it’s all those things, and much more.
H&R Block is committed to diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, sex, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class. All qualified applicants are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
It would be even better if you also had...- Knowledge and practical experience of Generative AI
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with an ability to tell a compelling ‘story’ and effectively communicate with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful insights and conclusions
- Experience leading large business initiatives that involve significant business change
- High degree of financial and business acumen, including developing business cases
- A heightened sense of urgency and ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity

- Must be self-motivated, committed, curious and accountable
- Certification and experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
