Quality Assurance Tester

• NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE , and candidate should reside in one of the following states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, Texas, Kentucky, and Arizona
• Need to be onsite 1st week and once a quarter in Madison, Wisconsin
• Fulltime/Direct Hire role with full benefits
• Selenium, Cucumber and X-Ray or any other Automation tool is fine.
• Familiarity with White box and black box testing SQL Server, Cloud Testing, Mobile testing
• Manual / Automation Testing : 50-50

We are seeking: a highly motivated Quality Tester to join our client in WI.

Responsibilities:

• Testing software and locating errors and/or bugs. Report issues to the development team.
• Complete advanced functional testing, general usability testing and automated testing.
• Document steps to reproduce errors or issues. Keep a log of pages tested and bugs found.
• Test all web pages on multiple devices and browsers. Design review of web pages.
• Create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Review release notes.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
• Creation of test plans

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in quality assurance testing preferred or bachelor's degree in information technology area of study preferred.
• High level of self-motivation and good attention to detail required.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with web development preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
