Raytheon is a provider of SkillBridge Fellowship opportunities for transitioning service members to gain an in-depth understanding of the aerospace and defense business from some of the most respected leaders and engineers in the industry. SkillBridge fellows will not be eligible for any compensation during their fellowship, as they will continue to receive all military pay and benefits. SkillBridge Summary:

Raytheons Manufacturing team is looking for talented test technicians to showcase their mechanical and technical skills in support some of the most advanced surveillance suites of products utilized by all branches of the armed forces in support of electronic warfare. If you have assembled electronic or microelectronic hardware or tested and troubleshot electronics, we want to talk to you!

The idea SkillBridge Candidate will possess the following:

• Familiarity with Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive items.
• Experience with electrical schematics.
• Experience with test equipment, including network and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and digital multimeters.
• Ability to perform SkillBridge onsite in Goleta, CA for a minimum of 90 days.
• An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance. (Special Access May Be Requested)

SkillBridge Eligibility overview:

To be eligible for this SkillBridge Fellowship you must meet the following requirements:

Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.

Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.

Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.

Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.

Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.
