Roberts Properties has an exciting job opportunity and is seeking a Real Estate Research Manager. This position includes a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a very generous bonus package. Well-qualified candidates will have experience in the real estate industry and a four-year college degree. This position will be responsible for researching new A locations for land development acquisitions apartments, and other forms of residential housing. This individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, be self-motivated, possess a keen sense of attention to detail, and be capable of working with minimum supervision. Primary duties will include finding land acquisition possibilities in the southeast.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Finding specific properties and determining their viability for a designated use, zoning, and utility availability to present to the team for potential development purchase.
• Market studies on land values to determine sale prices for property already owned by RPI that we consider selling
• Contributing to the launch of new apartment communities
