Full Job Description

SUMMARY

This position serves as an ambassador for MFH and is the initial point of contact for visitors, welcoming them in person, via phone, or by email. Duties include administrative and event support, as needed. 


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Directs visitor traffic throughout the day
  • Answers MFH main line and transfers calls accordingly
  • Provides administrative support to events and meetings
  • Answers or forwards emails from the MFH primary email address ( )
  • Orders badges and business cards
  • Supports Program Assistants and HR as needed
  • Distributes mail to each department accurately and in a timely manner
  • In-person attendance during work hours, prioritizing punctuality and dependability
  • Ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and staff with dignity and professionalism
  • Promptly direct visitors, and connect visitors and staff as needed
  • Answers all incoming calls in a courteous manner, directing them as needed
  • Ensures dissemination of emails from to correct departments and support staff
  • Distributes the mail accurately to each department


OTHER DUTIES

  • Participates in team activities and completes diverse assignments in support of team goals
  • Performs general Foundation support activities and carries out special projects as required
  • Adheres to the Foundation’s core and staff values




Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum levels of education and experience.

  • Education: High school graduate
  • Experience: Two to three years of relevant work experience. Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills in the areas of software, such as Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Salesforce preferred.

Starting Salary $41,000 to $45,900
