Full Job Description

CDR is a multicultural labor contracting company committed to connecting diverse talent with job opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter/Interviewer to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in the field, who has the ability to think outside the box and employ various recruitment strategies to find the best candidates for our diverse job positions.

Responsibilities:

• Use innovative and creative strategies to recruit candidates from various backgrounds and profiles, both for general labor and skilled labor positions.
• Work with team leaders to understand the company's hiring needs needs and provide effective solutions.
• Draft and post job descriptions detailing the responsibilities, skills, and requirements for each position.
• Review resumes and applications received to assess the suitability of candidates for vacant positions.
• Conduct effective interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates to fill our open positions regularly.
• Recruit personnel both within and outside of Louisiana.
• Conduct interviews via video calls and in-person.
• Represent CDR at recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking activities to increase our presence and attract talent.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment and interviews, preferably in a multicultural environment and with the ability to recruit for both general and skilled labor positions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
• Creativity and willingness to propose and test new recruitment ideas and approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

We Offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from 55k to 60k per year, depending on experience and skills.
• 1-week paid vacation per year after one year of service with CDR

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Weekends on call as needed.
