Full Job Description

Summary:

Brush Creek Ranch is looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruiting and Training Manager to join our team in Saratoga, WY and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. The Recruiting and Training Manager will oversee and support the HR Team with the execution of Brush Creek’s talent strategy. The Recruiting and Training Manager’s focus will be Recruiting during Q1 and Q2 with a shift to a Training and Development focus during Q3 and Q4.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Brush Creek’s Executive Team & Department Heads to understand specific hiring needs and determine department specific recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize job boards and programmatic job advertising to source qualified candidates for hiring managers and ensure a consistent applicant flow across all open jobs.
  • Lead weekly recruiting calls with ranch leadership to ensure the optimal hiring pace is kept and maintain all pre-opening tracking.
  • Create and maintain all Recruiting social media concepts and advertising with the support of the marketing team.
  • Own new hire engagement efforts throughout the onboarding process.
  • Support in the planning and execution of our annual full-staff orientation for over 300 associates
  • Establish and facilitate bi-weekly, one-day orientations for all newly hired associates.
  • Work closely with the corporate Talent Development team and oversee the completion of Manager New Hire, Risk and Developmental trainings and courses.
