Full Job Description

Summary:

As a Retail Merchandiser with ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, you will work in local stores to maintain product availability and merchandising products. Your primary responsibilities will be stocking and keeping Coca-Cola products fully supplied on the shelves, ensuring that displays are set up, face, replenished and rotated to maximize visibility and freshness. Other duties include keeping product signage clean and updated, organizing backroom inventory and utilizing handheld and powered equipment to ensure product replenishment and backroom organization. You will provide training to store personnel on product knowledge and assist with product locating and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs;
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment utilizing hand tools;
• Build, change, and take down product displays;
• Maintain product signage, clean product space and secure damaged or defective product;
• Organize backroom materials, operate powered equipment (for example, straddle stacker, powered pallet jack) and manual equipment (for example, pallet jack); and complete Store documentation; and clean backroom.
• Provide customer service to consumers and store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, and locating products;
• Follow Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety;
• Attend and complete Company training and certifications; follow applicable local, state, and federal laws, and utilize a mobile device to complete work activities;
• Operate a motor vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older;
• Must be eligible to work in the United States;
• Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance;
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years;
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
• Preferred Qualifications: 1-year experience working in replenishment or as Merchandiser; 1-year experience working in physically demanding fields such as construction, food service, landscaping, manufacturing, military, nursing, or related experience.
