We are seeking top retail talent for a Sales Specialist role in New York City. The individual is someone who embodies a unique blend of style, professionalism, empathy, and an eagerness to grow. Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in a retail store environment. 
• Strong understanding of retail processes and standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for the duration of shift.
• Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a luxury client experience
• Achieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals and KPIs
• Capture meaningful customer data according to company tools
• Evaluate data and develop ways of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing client development opportunities
• Maintain security standards within the store
• Maintain visual display of all products following company visual standards

Metrics of Success:

• Goal achievement in Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR.
• Timely and efficient task accomplishment.
• Successful collaboration with team members.

Salary: $20 - $22 hourly
