We are seeking a talented and innovative User-Generated Content (UGC) Artist to join our dynamic team. We are committed to creating immersive gaming experiences, and we're looking for a creative mind to empower our community in shaping our virtual worlds.

As a UGC Artist at Sawhorse Productions, you will be instrumental in fostering a creative and engaged community by developing assets and accessories for the Roblox Marketplace while supporting innovative creation initiatives. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about UGC but also possesses the technical expertise to implement these assets seamlessly into our games and catalog.

Responsibilities:

UGC Asset Creation:

• Conceptualize and create high fidelity 3D assets that represent the brand and art guidelines

• Collaborate with the development team to implement accessories in the games and Roblox marketplace

Sketches and Concepting:

We count with an amazing team of 2D artists and concept artists but good to:

• Create drawing or sketches for the team to visualize the end result of the assets

• Provide clear and structured steps for the creation of the designs

Community Engagement:

• Engage your community by providing content related to the creation of UGC

• Act as a liaison between the user community and the development team, facilitating communication and collaboration

Content Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-generated content seamlessly into the Roblox Studio infrastructure.

• Ensure that user-generated content aligns with the overall artistic direction and technical requirements.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular reviews to maintain quality standards and address any technical or artistic issues.

• Provide constructive feedback to users to encourage continuous improvement.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of the Roblox platform and ability to create UGC Assets and upload them to the catalog

• Proven experience as a UGC Artist or similar role with a portfolio showcasing successful UGC projects and accessories.

• Proficient in relevant software and tools for UGC creation and implementation.

• Knowledge of game development pipelines and experience with game engines (Roblox Studio)

• Strong communication and community management skills.

LOCATION/SCHEDULE

This role can be based in the Los Angeles office or remote. This position is generally operating during West Coast hours M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
