Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa and Snell Collision. Family owned and operated; the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

The purpose of the Sales Executive is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. A Sales Executive will assist clients throughout the entire purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service.

Our Sales Experience candidates have a guarantee of $4000/month. Average unit commissions $1000/unit. Benefits obtained first day of the month after 60 days of employment. Our team in Dallas is looking for motivated, hard-working people to help create a unique client experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Learns and utilizes all company and manufacture provided software including but not limited to the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, vehicle appraisal system, and service drive opportunities.

Prospects for new and current clients

Executes individual business plans in order to build business relationships and grow sales

Maintains a working knowledge of purchases, leases and F&I products

Understands all current new car and pre-owned manufacture and captive lender programs and rates

Verifies insurance adds new vehicle to insurance policy and completes paperwork

Protects the company from potential export transactions and any potential fraud scenarios

Assists in the collection of cash/credit related to client deposits and "cash down"

Accountable for helping in the sale of F&I products

Fully prepares for each client appointment and logs appointments in CRM system

Greets prospective and repeat clients on the service drive and analyzes their position towards buying another vehicle

Works in partnership with the F&I Team and accounting team to resolve any outstanding contracts or incomplete deals

Follows up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashion

Is fully dedicated to a team concept and will assist others for the greater good of the department

Accountable for departmental performance and manufacture standards, including but not limited to; safety equipment activation, technology usage requirements, "Customer Service Index", "Gross Average", "Finance & Lease" and vehicles sold

Has proper knowledge of vehicles and current market trends

Meets/Exceeds Land Rover Jaguar Dallas and manufacture training and certification plans and standards

Understands and adheres to the Land Rover Jaguar Sales Process

Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

Knows and understands the Land Rover Jaguar Dallas Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements

Reads and understands all company policies and procedures

Attends weekly department meetings at 10:00 am daily
