Description
SUMMARY: The Director of Sales
is accountable for maximizing all sales and marketing opportunities
and generating incremental revenue by identifying, cultivating, and
soliciting all prospects.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service clients to ensure solid relationships leading to long-term partnerships
- Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue and drive business
- Provide hands on sales coaching and field training to sales staff
- Assist with market research including competitive research and market surveys
- Special projects and assignments as needed for business

SKILLS AND
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years sales experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong computer, analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Self motivated, team player
- Strong external sales experience with demonstrated results
- Organized
- Managerial experience
