Sales Representative (Mortgage Loan or Banking exp ideal) – 1632
Salary Range: $45K-$100K + commission +
benefits
Location: Reston, VA - onsite Monday
through Friday
Position Type: FTE – no contracting
Work Authorization: No sponsorship or transfers
offered. USC and GC only

IDEAL CANDIDATE : You have really good
sales skills with the ability to listen to someone else, to identify
their values, to qualify people as prospects or not, and to explain
why our clients’ solutions might be a fit for them.
In
this role, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by
identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the
financial services sector. If you have a passion for sales, a strong
understanding of financial products, and excellent communication
skills, we want to hear from you. Our client helps financial advisors
to high-net-worth clients grow their businesses, retain client assets,
and differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Actively prospect and acquire new clients within the financial services industry through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building. You will be trying to target advisors to high-net-worth clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, staying current on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise in financial services and being able to explain complex solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our financial products.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the team to enhance product development and positioning.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong understanding of financial products, servicesand market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software or database softwareand Microsoft Office suite.
- Possible travel to events a few timea year.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, ideal but not required.
