• manage performance marketing projects and implement them with a team of digital marketers

• resilience and discipline necessary for managing performance marketing campaigns of the largest e-commerce projects in Slovakia

• the ability to cooperate and find solutions, build trust, and be willing to communicate your vision to both the client and the team
• systematic approach and focus on results
• willingness to learn, follow trends and market developments, gather inspiration or successful case studies
• the need to grow and achieve high goals
• the ability to set processes within the project to make work more efficient

• experience in designing strategy and managing performance campaigns and advanced analysis of basic website errors through external tools
• basic knowledge: CMS systems, Search console, Google my Business, Merchant center, XML/CSV feeds
• intermediate knowledge of SEO, tools, practices, and tips
• advanced knowledge of Universal analytics and GA4
• knowledge and usability of Mergado for feed adjustments, some RTB systems in terms of usability for further client development
• knowledge of other important channels, UX, affiliate, email marketing, price comparators, and aggregators
• knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and the possibility of using them to make our work more efficient
• experience with Lookerstudio, GTM, and analysis of the shopping journey / pass-through of the shopping process, identification of problem areas
• a sense for copywriting - proposals or at least evaluation
