Job Description

The Senior Director, Revenue Management is a key revenue-driving leader for Accor's iconic luxury hotels in the Raffles Hotels & Resorts. This leader defines and executes on the brands' top-line rate and channel strategies, ensuring continued market share growth and revenue growth across segments. The candidate will indirectly lead high-performing on-property revenue management and reservations teams, and partner with Accor's partner and stakeholder teams, to strategize, plan for, and exceed revenue targets in all segments and channels. This candidate will define the Raffles Hotels & Resorts overall rate structures and work closely with tech and distribution teams to ensure accuracy and availability system-wide. The candidate will draw from his/her stellar experience in luxury travel revenue management to drive property-specific revenue for top-line success and market share growth across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and strengthen hotel presence within the luxury travel sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically dispersed group of on-property Directors of Revenue Management, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Define and lead implementation of Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand rate strategy, including but not limited to: brand standard offers, seasonal offers, brand standard rate/channel participation, individual property pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team, highlighting property and portfolio performance, opportunities, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Lead hotels' forecasting & annual budgeting efforts. Drive a culture of accuracy and growth.
  • Support new hotel openings from a Revenue Management perspective; create rate strategies and channel plans, educate Accor stakeholder teams on new properties.
  • Partner with Distribution to ensure third party rates, availability, and content are accurate and bookable.
  • Partner with third parties to lead implementation of programs, such as: Upsell programs, Revenue Management Systems, etc
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years successful experience leading luxury or upscale hotel revenue management teams, both on-property and in a centralized capacity. Demonstrated record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional experience successfully building and leading hotel revenue management functions in start-up and established travel organizations; strong balance of both innovation and respect for heritage.
  • Expert understanding of the hotel tech and distribution landscapes, including in-depth knowledge of channels, connectivity, revenue management systems, and CRS / PMS functionality.
  • Expert skills in forecasting, understanding top-line business trends, and applying analytics to design and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels.
  • Exceptional leadership history of building and motivating high-performing teams across market segments and revenue channels.
  • Proven experience successfully navigating complex organizations to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset; can gather, interpret, and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel to meet teams, attend industry events, and visit properties.

Visa Requirements : Must Legally be authorized to work in the United States
  • Salary Range: $ 130,000-200,000
