HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW

Senior Trade Compliance Consultant to work in a niche, mostly Export Consulting Firm overseeing/responsible for the work projects of associates/clients.

EXPECTATIONS

Responsible for the support/oversight of associates/clients in Export Licensing, working investigations, disclosures & writing CJ’s

Will work with small to mid-size companies on their export compliance matters

Will be involved in ITAR/EAR licensing, MLA’s, TAA’s, FTR, OFAC, FCPA, Antiboycott, Classification. Some imports

Attention to detail is imperative!

ESSENTIALS

Bachelor’s Degree required

Highly Prefer a JD

Min 10 years heavy Export Compliance with hands on License filing

Consulting/Law Firm background required

Excellent in Microsoft applications

Position will be in the McLean, VA area – Friday’s remote
