Internship Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our team in Bali. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including event management, content creation, and digital marketing for our global online platforms and our hotel and event series. This unpaid internship is a rare opportunity to work closely with industry leaders, including our CEO Ulrich Uhlig, and gain invaluable experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and promote our events and educational platforms.
- Assist in managing online events and coordinating with speakers and participants.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms and our online academy.
- Collaborate with our international team to market our hotel and event series effectively.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media output.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong team player who is willing to work in a multicultural environment.

Desirable:
- Previous experience in event management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and digital analytics.
