Social Security Disability Attorney

O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, Co., LPA is looking for a Social Security Disability Attorney for a growing department.

Job Description

· prepare clients for administrative hearings;

· advocate for clients at administrative hearings; and

· write administrative appeals to the Appeals Council.

· Appeal before Federal Court

These responsibilities require strong organizational skills, communication skills, and legal analysis. This position will also include screening potential clients to determine eligibility and whether to engage in representation.

Qualifications

· Active attorney license in Ohio and/or Kentucky.

· Admitted to Federal Court.

· The ability to handle a high volume of work proficiently.

· Desired Experience: 1 to 3 years.
