Social Security Attorney *Must Have Experience Attending All Hearings *

Rob Levine Law is looking to hire an attorney to attend Social Security virtual hearings. This will allow you to pick the hearings you attend each month. For each hearing you attend your responsibilities will be to: review the file, prepare the client for the hearing, attend the virtual hearing, and provide the notes from the hearing back to the law firm.

Responsibilities:

Attend virtual hearings in front of the ALJ and client.

Review the file prior to the hearing and prepare the client for the hearing.

Work with management to fill the hearing calendar for upcoming hearings.

The candidate must have good writing, communication, and oral argument skills as well as be aggressive and organized.

We will be providing full in-depth training on all aspects of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in any state.

Must enjoy interacting with clients who are physically and mentally disabled.

Must have previous social security hearing experience.

Must carry your own professional liability insurance.
