Starting wage: $21.00, and is based on the location of the client you are working with. 

Wage scale:  $21.00 to $26.00 per hour (starts at $21.00 and through annual step increases may go up to $26.00)

*In addition, we are offering a $1,000 New Hire & Retention bonus: $500 to be paid out after the employee successfully completes New Hire Orientation and Peer Coaching and $500 to be paid out after 90-days of employment.  

Benefits for Employees working 30 hours or more a week include  Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) (non-profit version of a 401(k)) with company match, Life Insurance, Tuition Savings Program, and Tuition Reimbursement. Employees working 34 or more hours a week are eligible for PTO accrual.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

We have both full and part-time work for candidates that want to make a difference in the lives of others. We offer paid, on-the-job training, so no experience is necessary - all you need is a desire to serve your community and support others. An NAR CNA or HCA license is needed, but not required to be hired.

We serve a diverse population of adults with developmental disabilities. DSPs assist clients with reaching their goals and activities of daily living. The DSP also provides support with social activities and medical appointments and will drive clients using an agency vehicle. Assistance with medications and bathing/toileting is required for some clients.

We have a variety of schedules to choose from and will work with your busy schedule. We also have on-call opportunities available.
