Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of a grocery supermarket. This includes overseeing all aspects of the store, from sales and inventory to customer service and employee management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the grocery industry and a proven track record of success in a management role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, customer service, and employee management.
Set and track store goals and objectives.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Recruit, train, and develop employees.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Represent the store to the community.
3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the grocery industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Safety sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing.
