**About the Role**

As the Subscription Boxes & Off-Price Sales Manager for THG Brands, you will lead the business development of our color cosmetics, haircare, and bodycare brands with all US and Canadian partners, including (but not limited to) FabFitFun, Ipsy, BoxyCharm & Allure for subscription boxes, and TJ Maxx, Ross, Zulily, & Saks Off 5th for off-price. You will initiate and negotiate each deal, ensuring both profitability and brand strategy alignment.

**Responsibilities**

* Identify seasonal opportunities for each key subscription box partners for both their box programs as well as quarterly add-ons and pop-ups

* Lead product, pricing, quantity, and exclusivity negotiations with external partners to maintain sufficient profit margins to ensure non-loss making initiatives

* Manage the supply chain process of ensuring timely deliveries of the production runs with operations/freight/supply teams as needed

* Liase with all cross-functional departments such as legal, insurance, finance, credit control, and brands team to ensure the deals are approved by the appropriate team members

* Work with brands team and production team to create new low-cost skus when necessary

* Identify opportunities to offload excess or discontinued inventory with supply team

* Prospect and reach out to new, relevant retail partners that arise in the industry for both channels

* Launch Costco new business on .com for prestige brands

* Increase brand awareness through subscription box partners value-added marketing activations, such as Ipsy Live Experiential Event KPIs

* Increase top-line revenue for the THG beauty brands in North America

* Maintain minimum break-even profit margins

* Achieve/exceed budgets per brand for overall subscription boxes & off-price annual budget

* Decrease slow moving SKU inventory in global warehouses via brand aligned strategies

**Requirements**

* Appetite for numbers and growing business

* Ability to create strong relationship with all internal and external partners

* Strong organizational skills

* Creative and problem solver

* Structured mind

* Proficient in Excel

* Result-driven and entrepreneurial

* Proven track record of driving the sales process from new business development to deal closure

* B2B experience of successfully driving and delivering sales targets required
