The Position    

We are seeking a n Apprentice to join our growing Integrated Marketing team. This temporary role is a stepstone to a career at the agency. During your 90-day apprenticeship, you will work with stakeholders across the Integrated Marketing team working on content and influencer marketing, social media and other projects giving you insight into a range of career options . Successful candidates often move into full-time Account Coordinator positions after the conclusion of their apprenticeship.      

The ideal candidate is likely a recent college graduate with some prior agency or in-house experience.  

What You’ll Do    

• Collaborates with colleagues on a variety of s ocial , paid media, influencer marketing and content campaigns  
• Conducts research on clients, industries and projects as needed to support account teams
• Contributes to client and new business presentations, plans and recap reports  
• Thinks strategically, contributes ideas and solutions frequently to teams and client  
• Maintains excellent communication with team and the client as needed   

What You’ll Need    

• T eam-oriented, with an innate ability to understand needs and objectives and manage to expectations and turnaround times  
• Manages time and projects well with little supervision, meeting all deadlines and budget parameters  
• Passion for in-depth learning on varied topics and industries  
• Ability to work on several accounts with differing team members across time zones  
• Exemplary follow-through and execution skills  
• Willingne ss and ability to quickly learn and use new tools and resources  
• Excellent and thorough critical thinking skills and capabilities  
• Ability to determine key insights from raw data and make logical extrapolations

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the hourly salary for this position is $20/hourly.
