What do we do:

We provide embedded sourcing and recruitment services to our clients on a subscription-based model. We work for start-ups, scale-ups, and corporates typically in the technology domain. Our clients include names like TikTok, Miro, Eneco, Deel, Stripe and Booking.com.

We are a fully remote company with people working from 15 different countries spread over 3 different continents.

Currently, we are looking for an experiencedTechnical Recruiter (Gaming Industry) based in the US/United States

In your role as a Technical Recruiter, you are on a mission to turn candidates into hires and work as an individual contributor with a very strong focus on delivering top candidates into a high-growth Technology start-up.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

• Experience hiring complex, technical roles and product roles (Software Engineering, UI/UX, Product and Marketing
• English is the Matchr language of choice as an organization.
• A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Background recruiting in the US market and collaborating with international clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are a must.
• Intellectual Curiosity and ability to get things done!
