Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Course Development Instructor to join our vibrant team in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality technical training and developing educational content on industrial photolithography equipment. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials and courses, ensuring that both internal team members and external clients receive exceptional instruction tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct detailed user training sessions on photolithography products, covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation.
  • Develop and revise technical training materials and lesson plans for internal and external courses.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment management within cleanroom and training facilities to support effective training and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assess training needs and implement programs accordingly.
  • Ensure technical accuracy in all training procedures to aid field service technicians and meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on technical topics and actively participate in technical discussion groups to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs and systems.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a technical training role, preferably with a background in semiconductor equipment and photolithography.
    • Strong understanding of photolithography equipment and its operational and maintenance aspects.
    • Proven ability to develop and update technical training materials.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed and a commitment to residing close to the San Jose area.
