I. REQUIREMENTS

Degree/ Qualification:

● Graduated from Technical College majoring in Automotive, Mechanic, Electric, Mechatronic

Experience

● On Road Test driver experience in different OEM

● Experience in objective/Subjective vehicle evaluation from diff. brands (standard and luxury)

● Good driving skills in diff. roads and weather conditions

● EV vehicles components and connectivity (CAN, LIN)

● Experience in issue finding and report

Personal characteristic/Work attitude

● Have a serious and professional working attitude

● Agility, handling work quickly and efficiently

● Obey traffic laws, be self-directed, keep calm while driving

● No social evils, no criminal record

● Teamworks and support colleagues by problem solving

● Ability to withstand high work pressure. Ready to work in shifts.

Soft skills

● Ability to communicate with colleagues, with superiors

● Adaptability at work

● Ability to receive and learn new knowledge about smart cars

III. JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

● Member of Vehicle Quality Inspection team

● Ability to follow detailed instructions for vehicle and component preparation to begin testing.

● Drive test vehicle on roads according to the plan given by the department, collect issue information, data and handle incidents occurring during the shift

● Evaluate vehicles features according to customer experience criteria and finding issues of the vehicle during test operation

● Detail description and report to responsible about daily test incidents/issues

● Support to handle technical problems related to test vehicles

● Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe operating condition

● Maintain security and confidentiality of all testing activities

Functional Job

● Check vehicles accordance checklist at the beginning and end of shift (vehicle condition, attached materials...)

● Test drive according to plan, collect errors during driving, handle basic problems

● Make sure to reach daily target mileage and report issues incur in the shift

● Implement Testcases, checklists, record vehicle time intervals

● Family with PC and MS office package
