Location NEW YORK, NY Walmart InHome is currently in six markets with plans to expand nationally , reaching 30 million households by the end of this year. This is a large & growing area for Walmart as it expands its role in helping make customers lives simpler and saving them time & money every day. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization . We are looking for someone who will think big, ruthlessly prioritize to focus on the highest impact efforts, and mobilize cross-functional partners to execute against an aggressive growth roadmap *The preferred work location for this opportunity is New York City. We will also consider San Francisco, Bay Area and Bentonville, AR.* Roadmap ownership: As InHome grows and takes on new parts of the last mile delivery business we need an organized and future oriented thinker to work with product and delivery teams to create a coherent InHome special projects roadmap Change management: As InHome continues to evolve, create and manage the Operations documentation available to multiple stakeholders. Work with L&D, Product, Support, and other Walmart Ops teams to ensure InHomes resources are constantly up to date and reliable **Skills and experience:** Analytical skills, ability to structure data with analytics partners to measure the results of various projects People skills and ability to build strong working relationships **Minimum Qualifications...** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years' experience in strategy, business development, operations, or project management. ** About Walmart**
