Type: Full Time (non-exempt)
Must have own welding hood,
wrench, and hammer
Lincoln Manufacturing is
seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Welder at our
Houston, TX location. Must be self-motivated, capable of working in a
fast-paced welding environment
that requires a high production
output and willing to work extended hours and flexibility to adjust to
hours as needed.
This position is hourly
(nonexempt)
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other
minor duties may be assigned.
- GMAW/ FCAW – experience in welding with Mig and Flux Core
- General Fabrication experience, including reading blue prints and design drawings
- Must be able to work with assembly personnel in order to complete projects
It is not required but would be a plus If the individual can perform the below duties satisfactorily.
- TIG and or Heliarc process
- SMAW – Stick Welding – Must be able to pass 3G welding exam a plus
- Oil and Gas experience a plus
EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or comparable
experience.

Must be able to stand for
long periods of time and perform stationary work for the majority of
the shift.
