Lead Executive Assistant to the Founder and Managing Partner responsible for managing a team of five assistants and coordinating executive support across multiple offices. Oversees calendar management, meeting preparation, communication, and logistical support to ensure efficient operations. Requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple hardware.

We are seeking a Lead Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and manage “the office of the Managing Partner” – five other staff members also supporting him. The position is full-time and could be based in our New York, San Juan, or San Francisco offices. This role requires presence in the office at least four days per week and every day that Managing Partner is in that office.

The Managing Partner splits his time between Pantera's office roughly:

San Juan 60%

New York City 20%

San Francisco 10%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (almost totally) required
• 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives preferred
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention to detail
