Job Description
If youve built your life around caring for others — as a nurse, social worker, stay-at-home mom, or in another helping profession — surrogacy offers a powerful, family-friendly way to extend that calling while earning valuable extra income.
Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for you and the intended parents, surrogates must:
Be aged 21–39
Be a non-smoker and maintain a BMI under 32
Have given birth to at least one child
Have no criminal history
As a gestational surrogate with Surrogacy Plus, the worlds largest international surrogacy agency, you help intended parents who cant carry a pregnancy themselves welcome the child theyve been dreaming of, while earning meaningful compensation as a second income and receiving full support at every step.
Why Women Choose to Become Surrogates with Us
You set your own compensation
— Unlike most agencies, our surrogates decide what they earn. We present every offer and guide you through the choice. Surrogates can earn up to $100,000 — and sometimes more, making it one of the most rewarding ways to earn extra income.
A team thats been there
— 80% of our staff went through surrogacy themselves before joining us. Youll be supported by people who truly understand the journey.
Comprehensive care, fully covered
— Medical care, health insurance, legal representation, and emotional counseling — all provided at no cost to you.
A streamlined path forward
— Most surrogates take their pregnancy test within just 3 months of starting their journey.
Flexible hours for your life
— Enjoy a flexible schedule that fits around your family. Whether youre a stay-at-home mom or continuing your career, this family-friendly opportunity lets you care for your own family throughout the process while building a second income.
What the Process Looks Like
Application & Screening
— Submit a short application. Qualified candidates move through medical, psychological, and background screenings.
Matching
— We thoughtfully match you with intended parents whose values align with yours.
Medical Preparation
— Work with a top fertility clinic for embryo transfer; all medical costs are covered.
Pregnancy & Support
— Consistent support from your dedicated care team throughout the pregnancy.
Delivery & Beyond
— Deliver with full postpartum care and continued support from our team.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If youre compassionate, healthy, and ready to make an extraordinary difference in a familys life, wed love to hear from you. With flexible hours, a flexible schedule, and the chance to earn extra income on your own terms, this family-friendly opportunity could be exactly what youre looking for. Confirm you meet the qualifications above and start your application today.
