GovCIO is currently hiring for an experienced, senior tester to design and implement a testing strategy for a complex government program. This position will be 100% remote.
**Responsibilities**
Designs, develops, and implements testing strategy, methods, and tools to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. across the software development lifecycle to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. Compiles data, defines required changes and reports defects and problems that occurred during the test process. Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. Automated testing may be used for leveling based on hiring manager discretion.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and execute testing activities across the software development lifecycle to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
+ Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products. Develop testing procedures.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure requirements are testable, clearly defined, and aligned with acceptance criteria.

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least to join our team. + Experience with Monitoring tool (especially CloudWatch alerts ), troubleshooting issues and be the escalation point
+ Implement best practices for configuring, tuning, and securing API's/Microservices to achieve optimal performance and uptime
+ Utilize tools such as curl and wget to perform diagnostics, analyze network performance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
+ Demonstrate a deep knowledge of HTTP concepts and protocols to analyze and optimize web application performance.
+ Strong experience with Terraform and best practices in IAC
+ Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, and PowerShell).
+ Expertise in transfer family with large files, managing EC2 instances and AMIs, deploying applications using AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and configuring and optimizing Load Balancers.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and SQL administration, managing database/schema/catalog configurations, users/logins, and synonyms and performance troubleshooting in RDS.
+ Implement and maintain basic database hygiene concepts, ensuring data integrity and efficient data storage.
+ Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Linkerd, Istio) is a plus.
+ Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
+ Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker) is a must need
+ Strong Network Management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience working in Azure Devops , including managing and processing tickets, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and infrastructure as code.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
