Job Description
This role will support the executive leaders and programmatic needs within a newly established strategic area at Seattle Children's. Positioned within the research institute, the role has the potential to impact work across the entire Seattle Children's system. We are seeking highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and creative individuals to apply to join this dynamic team and support this high-growth area of the organization.
Provides administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature to senior executives. Works closely with high level internal/external contacts and the executive team, requiring considerable discretion and initiative. Research background material and collects data for financial plans, budgets, strategic goal development/tracking, operating statistics, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Exercises independent judgment to reflect the senior executive's style and company policy. Mentors and provides guidance on administrative systems and procedural questions to administrative staff and other departments to create and sustain standard work and consistency of practice. Scope of work typically requires extensive administrative experience to senior executive level management.
**Required Education and Experience**
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
At least five (5) years experience in a complex, responsible administrative position, including at least three (3) years experience providing administrative support to executive level positions.
Experience taking and transcribing meeting minutes.

CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate's salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 4+ years of industrial controls and automation experience
