Job Description
The Market Finance Lead is a necessary financial and strategic partner responsible for connecting market financial performance with operational effectiveness. You will analyze financial results, claims experience, use trends, contract performance, membership, and provider performance data to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and support market
growth and operational improvement.
You will will partner with regional leadership. The Market Finance Lead will also partner with actuarial, corporate finance, clinical, risk adjustment, market operations, provider engagement, hospitals, ancillary partners, sales/MarketPoint and value-based care providers. You will translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful recommendations, and action plans that improve performance across the market.
As the Market Finance Lead you will:
+ Work directly with value-based providers to review financial performance, membership, cost and use trends, contractual results, and opportunities for improvement. Present on provider trends and opportunities for improvement directly with providers and senior leadership.
+ Analyze market financials, claims data, utilization trends, membership movement, risk adjustment impacts, medical cost drivers, and provider contract performance.
+ Evaluate provider and contract financials to identify cost-of-care opportunities, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement.
+ Be a strategic finance partner to regional and market leadership, providing insights that support operational, financial, and value-based care performance.
+ Develop and deliver financial reporting dashboards, and executive-level summaries that performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Support budget development, forecasting, administrative planning, and financial performance reviews for the market.
+ Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives, including market optimization, value-based care performance, cost containment, and growth-related activities.
+ Advise regional leadership on financial strategies and performance matters of significance.
+ Address complex financial and operational issues.
+ Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external provider partners to support collaboration, accountability, and performance improvement.

The Finance Strategy & Transformation Principal leads strategic planning and business management for the Finance leadership team, providing direct support to the CFO and Finance Transformation initiatives while reporting to the Vice President of Finance Transformation. **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Typically 12-15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Program Finance, or Financial Operations, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; master's degree is preferred.
+ Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing transformation projects with proven success managing post-M&A financial process integration, legacy system consolidation, and data harmonization in a complex Govcon environment.

As the Commercial Engine Services Information Technology Finance leader you will acts as a horizontal leader across the CES organization and own CES finance ERP product. You will be accountable for all aspects (Finance product planning, development, operations and support) of the end-to-end lifecycle of a Finance ERP product. Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. You will connect teams and processes across CES organization to simplify and modernize the way CES GE Aerospace does business in support of its customers and internal operations.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for stable and secure operations across the CES Platform and Operations ERP Finance landscape. Leverage deep ERP Finance process/domain expertise
+ Create the strategic roadmap for the CES P&O ERP finance product. Coordinate work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher level outcomes. Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns. Focus on execution for the duration of a product release.
+ Embrace new technology such as AI to introduce new ways of thinking and working in ERP finance business processes.
+ Recruit and develop world-class global technical talent in the GE Aerospace Digital Technology organization.
+ Drive Oracle EBS program delivery strategy for ERP Finance initiatives, ensuring successful execution of large-scale deployments, enhancements, integrations, and lifecycle releases across global teams.
+ Provide leadership in engineering cost management, enabling finance solutions that improve product cost visibility, cost controls, estimate-to-actual analysis, and decision support for engineering and operational stakeholders.
+ Establish and facilitate processes for decision making, process flows and handoffs.
+ Act as a practitioner and coach of FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace's proprietary Lean Operating System, to accelerate the deployment of strategic capabilities and value to the business, and to drive standard work in the way in which critical data & technology outcomes are designed, delivered, and supported.
+ Influence key stakeholders in design and planning decisions. Drive the development of ERP finance products.
+ Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve ERP finance product, processes or services.
+ Lead functional teams and projects with while managing resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate complex messages and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
+ Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Finance product planning, development, operations and support.
+ **Note:** Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
+ Must have 5-10 years of management experience.
+ Must have 10 years of Oracle EBS experience.

**Additional Information:**
The base pay range for this position is $176,000-$235,000 US Dollars.
