The Opportunity:

Sephora is looking for an "AI-native, social-first Associate AI Producer to support our Social team in delivering innovative, high-quality visual assets across social platforms. You'll be responsible for integrating with the Social production / post-production team on bringing AI imagery to life in Sephora's social content and maintaining high visual standards across all assets. As this role is embedded in the Social Content & Production team, the work will be high-volume and fast-paced. This role will lead the Social team's transition to a more AI-centric post-production model. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye, a strong understanding of leveraging AI tools in brand-appropriate ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and producers to integrate AI into Sephora's social production workflows

  • Support social shoots by preparing AI-assisted shotlists, transcripts and auto-generated selects

  • Create AI-generated outputs (images, captions, metadata) for quality, brand voice and accuracty

  • Implement new AI retouching processes and develop AI best practices.

  • Help ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and meet visual quality standards.

  • Collaborate with photographers, producers, and designers to uphold creative intent and brand standards.

  • Assistance in retouching product and talent photography.

  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Retouch4me) to streamline image editing processes.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of AI content creation and image retouching experience (professional or internship).

  • Mastery of AI-powered or generative image tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, , Midjourney, ImagenUltra, Veo3 etc.).

  • Highly proficient in Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), CaptureOne, Figma a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $79, $89,395.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. About the Role:

The Producer will independently execute multiple high-volume ecommerce shoots for J.Crew Women's, Men's, and Crewcuts brands, managing the full production lifecycle from pre-production through final wrap. This role requires a seasoned professional with 4-5 years of fashion or lifestyle production experience who can seamlessly balance budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder management while maintaining creative excellence. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams—from art directors and executives to photographers and talent agencies—while proactively identifying operational improvements and solving challenges in real-time. As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in executing elevated level live events within the client's Event Studios, premium Event Centers, and digital platforms. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their event goals, target audience, messaging, and desired aesthetic
+ Develop budgets aligned with client needs, required resources, and program standards
+ Demonstrate understanding of program requirements and event center capabilities and limitations, synthesizing into creative solutions
+ Assess risk for proposed event requests - effectively communicate corresponding outcomes to clients so educated decisions can be made

**Skills & Qualifications**

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of active listening, mediation, conflict resolution, and on-the-spot solutioning at an executive level
+ Write and speak effectively and clearly articulate creative solutions in terms of clients' business goals
