**Job Summary**
The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training programs for SHI employees across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to leadership and management development, professional growth direction/soft skills, workshops, and effective tools/applications. **Role Description**
+ Determinetraining requirements, create curriculum, and develop content based on the business requirements of SHI Business Unit and Corporate L&D leadership

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into scalable learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences.
+ Continuously improve training processes and materials to support a high-performance Retail Sales environment.
+ Develop and deliver impactful training content across multiple formats-eLearning, instructor-led, web-based, and mobile-using cutting-edge instructional design tools.
+ Create interactive multimedia materials that make learning intuitive, engaging, and effective.
+ Manage and update content, reports, and users within our LMS and online training platforms.
+ Stay ahead of learning trends and technologies to enhance the end-user experience.
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the training function.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field.
+ 5-8 years of proven success in training development and delivery, ideally within retail, sales, customer service, or merchandising.
+ Demonstrated ability to improve employee performance through innovative learning solutions.
+ Experience designing training materials that support adult learning principles and business objectives.
+ Skilled in developing training for diverse departments and accelerating adoption of new tools and programs.
**Technical Skills:**
+ Proficiency in industry-standard learning technologies such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and video/media creation tools.
+ Proficiency in Content Creation and LMS management.
+ Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
+ Strong visual design capabilities to create compelling graphics and multimedia content.
**Core Competencies:**
+ Ability to design and deliver learning solutions for varied audiences and learning styles.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.

+ Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

**What You Will Be Doing**
Establishes and directs a training system and/or conducts classroom and practical instruction to provide technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores and facilities, according to established procedures. May analyze current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs. Writes, edits, and produces materials for technical instruction. **Basic Qualifications:**
-Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading and executing Training Systems
-Demonstrated experience delivering training to audiences at all levels(Hourly/Salary/Leaders)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the field/discipline of Aviation practices, processes, and regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with training needs assessment, design, practices, and processes for manufacturing, professional and leader audiences.
- Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Production Operations, Quality, management and other organizations as needed
- Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
**Desired Skills:**
Demonstrated ability and experience facilitating groups to deliver business solutions
- Demonstrated ability and experience utilizing Instructional System Design (ISD)
- Prior experience instructing training in a highly regulated environment
- Experience delivering training in the field of ESH in a manufacturing facility
- Demonstrated ability to lead change
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
- Prefer degree in related field
