British luxury carmaker Aston Martin will raise annual pay by four percent for over 2,500 employees and contractors at its UK manufacturing sites and offices for 2024 and 2025.
Manufacturing technicians will also receive a 1.5 percent pay increase and a one-hour reduction in the working week in 2025.
Additionally, all eligible employees will get a one-off payment of £1,000 ($1,271.60) due to the high cost of living.
A Unite spokesperson said: “Following lengthy negotiations between Unite the Union and Aston Martin Lagonda, Unite members have voted in large majority to accept the two-year pay deal.”

This pay deal comes as Aston Martin halts production of older models in preparation for a ramp-up of new model production later this year.
