A popular Austin-based smoothie and juice chain is making plans to expand.

JuiceLand's officials are focusing on growth this year. The company intends to open stores in Round Rock, Dallas, and San Antonio.

As Texas tries to get back to normal, some pandemic traditions have lingered with people. Businesses are changing to stay up.

JuiceLand's online orders increased from four percent pre-pandemic to roughly 30 percent now, according to Founder and CEO Matt Shook.

JuiceLand had revenue of $29 million and sold 12,000 smoothies per day.

As more individuals return to work in person this spring, Shook expects to see an increase.

Shook was obliged to close the least lucrative JuiceLand outlets at the start of the epidemic, reducing the number of locations from 37 to 34, but this is no longer the case as the firm plans future expansion

JuiceLand is establishing all of its growth in Texas even though it receives requests from across the U.S.

Shook told, “We’re laser-focused on Texas because we know the state has so much potential, we think focusing on Texas is a big enough bite of the apple for us.”

Shook said that San Antonio is JuiceLand's most requested market, so the company is searching for locations there.

JuiceLand will launch two new locations in the next several months, one in Dallas, bringing the city to three JuiceLand locations, and the other in Round Rock in one or two months.

Shook told he wants to expand north and south and is looking at locations in Leander and Kyle.
