Frasers Group is restructuring its London-based digital team, which would result in 45 job losses.

The retailer plans to relocate the department to its head office in Shirebrook, Derbyshire.

The Sports Direct owner initiated a consultation period for 45 employees on July 26, with not all positions expected to be made redundant.

The move involves relocating the trading digital team, which is part of a broader strategy to consolidate operations

This follows a similar action in April when the group placed 100 jobs under consultation due to the planned closure of its Trafford office in Manchester.

Affected employees, including those working with I Saw It First and Studio Retail, have been offered opportunities to transfer to other Frasers offices, including London, depending on their roles.
