Sportswear giant On has partnered with tech firm Verity to revolutionise its warehouse operations using AI and robotics.

The collaboration involves fully autonomous drones in On’s warehouses to provide real-time inventory tracking.

This cuts stockouts, misplacements, and shrinkage throughout its supply chain.

This innovation ensures flawless order fulfillment for On’s retail and ecommerce operations, enhancing product availability and enabling more accurate, on-time deliveries.

The technology is already operational at On’s US facility.

Verity’s drones perform daily scans of products to maintain full stock availability for customer orders.

On’s co-founder and executive co-chairman, Caspar Coppetti, highlighted the significance of this partnership, said: “Verity is a pioneering brand in AI and robotics, perfectly aligning with On’s values of using innovation to enhance the customer experience.

“By leveraging these advanced technological solutions, we aim to improve operational efficiency, become a more sustainable brand, and elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.”
