Richard Parker, the national sales manager of Skechers, has been promoted to the position of Managing Director for the UK and Ireland.
With 22 years of experience at the footwear retailer, Parker will replace Peter Youell, who will move to an advisory position for international projects.
Having held numerous positions within Skechers' sales department, Peter has successfully managed key accounts, including those with Amazon and QVC.

Chief operating officer David Weinberg said: “As we look to drive growth across the UK in the coming years, we have promoted Skechers veteran Richard Parker to managing director of Skechers United Kingdom and Ireland.
