Elon Musk has called Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg "chicken" after Zuckerberg pressed him to set a date for their much-vaunted "cage fight."
The two tech billionaires have been sparring on social media over the proposed fight since June.
But Zuckerberg has now started expressing his frustration over the proposed bout.
Using his "Threads" platform, Zuckerberg said Musk had been inconsistent about the fight.
He cited claims he mayneed surgery beforehand or asking for "practice fights."

No date has been set for the fight, prompting suggestions it may never happen.
In another twist, the culture minister in Italy - clearly eyeing a massive publicity opportunity - offered to host the fight in the country, with an "ancient Rome" theme.

Zuckerberg has a keen interest in MMA and said Musk needs to set a date, or he'd focus more on people who are genuinely interested in the sport.
In response Musk took to his own platform X, formerly Twitter, to call Zuckerberg "chicken."
The talk between the two started in June when Musk suggested the idea, with Zuckerberg responding "send me location."
