The Client Success Manager is part of the Datavant organization and is responsible for successful completion of all customer projects. The team coordinates efforts between internal resources and customers in support of custom risk adjustment projects and reports on project status to all stakeholders. Datavant's Client Success Managers are hybrid project management and consulting resources that have strong healthcare industry knowledge combined with communications and project management skills. They are key to successful customer retention and project success.
**You will:**
+ Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring that they receive the best possible result delivery, service and support.
+ Manage coordination, tracking and reporting of all things related to customer projects.
+ Lead (coordinate, motivate and facilitate) the efforts of associated project resources working closely with all internal teams including: data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales, and executive teams.
+ Ensure smooth communication channels between internal stakeholders via regular reporting and info sharing (daily/weekly/quarterly reports, meetings, status updates, etc.).
+ Own customer operations project management processes, tools, reference materials and cross functional usage.
+ Monitor project status and success throughout the entire project lifecycle.
+ Identify, analyze and resolve customer problems as they arise; coordinating escalation and resolution with sales and other internal stakeholders.
+ Prepare final reports and presentations for customers; calculate project results summaries, coordinate results delivery with the Sales team.
+ Identify, define and execute process improvements in line with department needs and organizational goals.
+ Partner with the engineering team to identify, prevent, and resolve software issues affecting customer projects.
**What you will bring to the table:**
+ 3-5 years of Account Management experience
+ Project management experience preferred
+ BS degree in business, technology or related field
+ Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or electronic health record systems
+ Familiarity with Healthcare data systems, data formats and processes with the ability to converse at a technical level
+ Advanced Excel skills, some knowledge of sql queries preferred
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Strong bias for action and collaboration and well developed sense of urgency
+ Strong curiosity and ability to correlate data from many sources
+ Professional and respectful demeanor in a relaxed work environment

**Process and Sampling Technician 4 ($72,800 - $115,400)**
**The successful candidate will be required to:**
+ **Perform or manage the setup, calibration, operation, maintenance, and diagnostics of a wide variety of precise and complex electrical equipment (e.g. digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, calibrators, counters, etc.)**
+ **Develop advanced calibration and/or measurement techniques for new or one-of-a-kind instruments, equipment, and/or systems via software programming and manual techniques.**
+ **Accurately perform, review, and validate calibration calculations such as uncertainties and Test-Uncertainty-Ratios (TURs).**
+ **Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of sophisticated scope and complexity.**
+ **Support Calibration Accreditation activities by collecting calibration data and developing, reviewing, validating procedures and/or calculations.**
+ **Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.**
+ **Be able to perform quality reviews of calibrations performed by other employees.**
**Process and Sampling Technician 5 ($87,800 - $143,000)**
**In addition to the duties outlined above, the (higher level title) will be required to:**
+ **Develop in-depth calibration and/or measurement techniques for new or one-of-a-kind instruments, equipment, and/or systems.**
+ **Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.**
+ **Responsible and accountable for appropriate actions and decision-making with the assigned area.**
+ **Ability to perform validation and verification of procedures.**
**What You Need**
**Minimum Job Requirements:**
+ Demonstrated skill in conceptualizing and communicating major elements of calibrations for electrical disciplines.
+ Demonstrated skill in preparation and presentation of test-measurement results.
+ Demonstrated experience with precision, accuracy, and bias values.
+ Demonstrated experience in resolving measurement issues by conducting research and investigating alternative solutions.
+ Experience monitoring the performance of instruments for trends that may require the recalibration or servicing of the instrument.
+ Knowledge and experience in working to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with no supervision.
+ Ability to obtain a DOE "Q" Clearance, which normally requires U.S. Citizenship.
+ Ability to go on occasional domestic travel.
**Additional Job Requirements for (Process and Sampling Technician 5):**
**In addition to the Job Requirements outlined above, qualification at the Process and Sampling Technician 5 level requires:**
+ Advanced knowledge and experience in working to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
+ Advanced knowledge and experience working with electrical instrumentation.
+ Ability to lead, instruct and direct the work of others.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ **Knowledge of Fluke MetCal and/or MetTeam applications.**
+ **Knowledge of Indysoft or other calibration-related Laboratory Information Management Systems.**
**Process and Sampling Technician 4 Education Required:** **Position requires an Associate's Degree and 5 years of experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.**
**Process and Sampling Technician 5 Education Required:** **Position requires an Associate's Degree and 7 years of experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.**

**Work Location:** **The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management.**
