New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing leadership‑oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You will also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six‑month program that will prepare you for success as a manager.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly.

In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands‑on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six‑month program that will prime you for success as a manager.

Fast Track Partner Program

New York Life Insurance Company is hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program. Participants begin as financial professionals, receive comprehensive training, marketing support, and technical assistance over three years. Successful completion may lead to a transition into management as an associate partner.

Program includes in‑person and online training, marketing support, prospecting and technical assistance, and ongoing support from highly successful agents and managers.

Compensation: $150,000+ at plan earnings.

Full‑time agents and their dependents are immediately eligible for medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, and group term life insurance. Benefits subject to amendment or termination at any time.
