Full Job Description

T2 Tech Group is searching for a Marketing Director to join our Partner Company’s growing team. This resource will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy in order to establish the brand, increase the Company’s brand awareness, and support lead generation and sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar area of study, 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, and/or relevant experience developing marketing strategies, collateral, and campaigns. They will be responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing all aspects of business development and marketing communications, including development, implementation, monitoring, updating, and ongoing analysis of the organization's strategic business development and marketing plan. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for creating and/or implementing tracking mechanisms to track increases in volume, growth, and revenue by program and service line. Additionally, they will oversee media relations, website and social media strategy, and collaborate with sales staff to develop effective proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the Company’s brand identity
  • Collaborate with executive management to create a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Implement marketing software/tools to streamline marketing efforts
  • Execute and track marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and support lead generation and sales activities
  • Create and update marketing content (e.g. website content, brochures, case studies, articles, white papers, presentations, marketing emails)
  • Work with publications and vendors to publish articles and related content
  • Collaborate with sales staff to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
  • Manage social media efforts to build a following and increase engagement
  • Plan and execute marketing-related events and webinars
  • Oversee website redesigns and updates
  • Understand technology and professional services to effectively market the company's offerings
  • Conduct competitor comparison and positioning analysis
  • Create and update marketing messaging
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar area of study
  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Experience developing marketing strategies, collateral, and campaigns
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare and IT industries
  • Proficient in Adobe suite of products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with website design and maintenance using WordPress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong coordination skills with outside vendors
  • Must know SEO and website
  • Must be an excellent content writer
