Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Director with experience in the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, industry trends, and the ability to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance their digital presence, engage key audiences, and drive measurable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, increase online visibility, and attract potential tenants, investors, and partners
- Oversee and optimize organic and paid media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness
- Ensure the companys website is optimized for user experience, search engine ranking, and conversion. Collaborate with third-party web developers and internal teams to ensure content is relevant and engaging
- Write, design, and execute compelling content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and videos that resonate with target audiences
- Work closely with leasing team members to build and manage bespoke marketing campaigns for effective lead generation
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Implement relevant tracking tools and other technology and AI tools to further enhance the digital marketing efforts.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across campaigns
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms
- Develop internal social media policies and best practices for FWR employees
- Ideate and write strategic and coordinated content for senior leaderships LinkedIn pages
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, especially within the commercial real estate and private investment sector
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on commercial real estate, property management, or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and work cross-functionally with teams
- Experience building or managing websites and experience with UX design and content management

Join Takeda as an Associate Director, HCP Digital Marketing, where you'll be working in the GI Business Unit, serving as a leader in advancing the digital marketing capabilities and approach across a GIBU branded product. Reporting to the Director, Brand Strategy and HCP Promotion, IBD Brand Marketing, you will be an expert and strategist in implementing new and existing digital marketing efforts.
**How you will contribute:**
+ Define vision, strategy and implementation of digital marketing solutions that will improve the HCP experience. Collaborate with brand team colleagues to plan and execute across web, SEO/SEM, point-of-care, print, email, social media, and digital advertising to optimize the user funnels to drive demand?
+ Lead third-party agency/vendor partners to create and implement digital marketing tactics that execute on the brand strategy in the following areas: website design and optimization, SEO, CRM, digital display media, print media, and social media.

$153,600.00 - $241,340.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
