The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control, with strong familiarity across key statutes such as the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
Responsibilities:
Handle complex antitrust matters including litigation, investigations, and merger clearance.
Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulatory issues, and economic competition.
