**Position Summary:**
The Client Relationship Manager acts as a liaison between the client and insurance carriers for service, enrollment, claims and administration; constantly maintaining quality and service standards as it relates to accuracy, timeliness and friendliness in all communications.
**Essential Functions/Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain effective working relationships in liaison role with insurance company service partner contacts (such service and claim representatives) and client contacts.
+ Confidentially assist with all claims matters and bring to resolution with proper documentation and follow up to the client; following HIPAA rules and HUB procedures.
+ Keep Advisors, and supervisor fully informed of all important activities on client accounts.
+ Prepare for open enrollment meetings by creating enrollment kits, Power Point presentation, and any other required presentation materials.
+ Schedule all Open Enrollment Meetings and Webinars.
+ Update Online Enrollment system for Open Enrollment.
+ Train employers on how to use online portal.
+ Monitor outstanding enrollment in online portal and assist employees with getting enrolled.
+ Present or assist with all Open Enrollment Meetings.
+ Update the WRAP document, SPD's, Annual Notices & Exchanges Notices.
+ Request Schedule A's and confirm 5500 filings.
+ Prepare Power Point for recording, if applicable.
+ Responsible for group submission; ensure employees are enrolled in the appropriate products as needed.
+ Prepare and ensure accuracy of group enrollment.
+ Make service/relationship calls as needed.
+ Assist with ongoing enrollment and changes as necessary.
+ Review weekly change reports and follow-up on any issues PATRA was unable to complete.
+ Large project implementation such as online enrollment, wellness programs, etc.
+ Manage online enrollment, training and ongoing platform service for clients.
+ Preparation of reports for clients or internal use as needed.
+ Keep all information and meeting notations on accounts accurate and up to date in Brokerage Builder.
+ Communicate to our clients "Our Value Added Service".
+ Other related duties as assigned.
+ Works Closely with the Benefits & Financial Analyst.

You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:

This role is a high-touch point of client contact accountable to serve the unique and complex needs of clients in the high net worth segment. The Private Client Relationship Manager II will serve as the central point of contact for HNW clients across banking lending and High Net Worth Investing with expertise in banking and lending. The role partners with Investment Advisors and Trust Advisors to provide proactive client service to achieve greater share of wallet. The role will also be responsible for retaining and growing the client relationship and is accountable for exceeding clients expectations for asset accumulation, preservation and growth. The role is at the center of the Private Client Services model supporting an integrated Wealth Management offering by providing day-to-day account management, wealth management solutions (via partner referrals) and complex credit solutions for client and their businesses. In so doing, the role must focus on maximizing clients satisfaction with their Banking relationships, maximizing profitability of the portfolio, while ensuring minimum credit risk for Bank funds.
**Depth & Scope:**
+ Demonstrates a commitment to being customer-centric by ensuring legendary service is provided during every customer interaction to maximize retention and growth
+ Ensures all NEW clients receive the complete onboarding experience, which includes; A thorough client discovery leading to a truly exceptional Private Client Experience, An introduction to the IA and TA as per client needs, and the completion of all requisite client profiling documents
+ May work with more complex clients
+ Will be able to have a more fulsome discussion with clients before bringing in subject matter experts
+ Ensures those existing clients, where it would add value, are provided with a Private Client Planning Experience
