Wealth Management Professionals work directly with our clients to provide exceptional client service, operational support and risk management. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Investor Experience organization is currently hiring a VP Product Manager to join a team responsible for managing a portfolio of advisor-facing products with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of our competitive landscape, understand the needs of both, our advisors and LPL employees. As a product manager they will be engaged in discovery, roadmap definition and planning, development, continuous improvement, and ongoing lifecycle of our supported products. This role will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap as well as defining go to market strategies and be accountable for product adoption.
You must have experience in Product Management preferably in the digital and/or CRM field. The role will work collaboratively with many stakeholders every product will have unique aspects and requires a candidate to be able to think analytically and anticipate the needs of our advisors and home office users. Partner with RTE/Program Management to streamline the development lifecycle for our product and technology teams by reducing their cost and time to deliver value.
Define and enforce system-wide compliance of non-functional requirements related to performance, accessibility, and interoperability.
Develop and monitor metrics to track the success of feature roll outs and their impact on our ability to deliver value, and adoption of our product capabilities.
Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs.
Partner with a small team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners responsible for the capabilities within this product suite.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and implement the latest learnings into our process and product.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product management roles building digital products or technology-enabled services.
5+ years of experience developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing product teams in an agile environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for key conferences and events and/or advisor visits
Core Competencies:
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of products
Ability to create and utilize presentations and storytelling to bring users along in the product journey
Knowledge of CRM products and core capabilities
