The Clinical Service Desk Manager brings knowledge of clinical and technical solutions and clinical workflows in various healthcare environments to provide service excellence to the clinician end users. The Clinical Service Desk Manager reports to the ClinicalService Desk Delivery Director.
**Day to Day Responsibilities:**
+ Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

+ Leads a team responsible for assisting users over the phone and electronically in solving problems related to EMR, hardware, software, networks and peripherals.
+ Ensures representatives are properly trained when legacy products are upgraded, and new products are released
+ Coordinates staffing to ensure sufficient coverage to meet Service Level Agreements
+ Gathers and reports operational metrics and performance data for continued evaluation
+ Promotes and refines standard operating procedures to be current with the needs of the Clinical Service Desk
+ Ensures SLAs are being met on all accounts
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent
+ 3+ years minimum in a leadership role, ideally in helpdesk support
+ 5 +years minimum in a call center environment
Preferences:
+ Previous experience working in a clinical environment --or-- on a service desk
+ supporting healthcare customers
+ Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems, ideally: Epic
+ People management experience preferredProven mentor and coachDemonstrated success managing priorities and meeting deadlines and achieving

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $55,836 - 96,938. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

**Pay Ranges**
$27,669.00 - $51,188.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. **Position Purpose:**
Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental. The Customer Service/Sales position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
