+ Primary driving force behind the implementation and constant execution of safety procedures, ensuring wheel torque and oil/fluid services are performed per standard operating procedure directives.
+ Partner with Management to produce a safe and health work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.
+ Effectively communicate with all associates, management, and customers; interprets and retains information and applies knowledge appropriately.
+ In designated locations, may be a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
+ Maintain an organized and neat shop.
+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.
+ Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and providing a professional presence aligned with Allied Universal standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
+ Possess a guard card or license, preferred.
+ Have alarm panel experience, preferred.
+ Have customer service experience, preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
